I spoke to Mr. Coleman, another Georgia victim of The Cochran Firm fraud, during a radio recording. Coleman relayed that Hezekiah Sistrunk, pictured above, and The Cochran Firm defrauded him after his infant was stabbed in her brain during her delivery. Coleman and I experienced much interference, as shown on the screen shot below. As the host, my number should have the asterisk beside it. As you can see, that is not the case. I requested that authorities would investigate this crime and prosecute the hackers who refuse to allow American legal consumers freedom of press and free speech to expose and oppose The Cochran Firm's lawyer fraud that targets African Americans with particularity. Coleman discusses a Southern doctor who is possibly a eugenicist and/or an alcoholic, his stillborn daughter, being defrauded by his lawyers at The Cochran Firm, his judge who was later disbarred, and a refusal by the Georgia Bar to censure The Cochran Firm.
According to Mr. Coleman, he and Tonya, the baby's mother, had two defendants: the hospital and the doctor. He said the lawyers settled his case against the hospital for $100k but paid the dead baby's parents only $4k each, ignoring the contract. The contract allowed the lawyers to keep up to 45 percent of monies recovered.
Mr. Coleman feels that the lawyers deliberately botched his case against Dr. Bendell and recovered no damages at all from him. We experienced censorship from the beginning (notice the brief silence at the beginning). At the 34.00 area of the tape, I attempted to discuss The Cochran Firm's appeal before the 9th Circuit Court regarding the firm having been pronounced "not a law firm" by the United States District Court of Central California. From that point onward, the hackers attempted to distort our voices by inserting beeps and echoes.
I sent this proof of censorship via email to the USDOJ at AskDOJ@usdoj.gov, as that agency is paid tax dollars to protect Americans' constitutional rights, including the First Amendment. Elitists consider that a very undesirable section of the Constitution. In fact, some legal professionals and government officials believe African Americans are exempt from constitutional protections altogether. That may be why The Cochran Firm frauds negatively impact African American legal consumers and are a closely guarded secret. Secrecy about the CoIntelPro law firm is enforced by hackers who are allowed to censor information about The Cochran Firm's many former clients, former lawyers and partners, and a partnering law firm who also sued the firm alleging fraud, racism, sex discrimination, and/or malpractice.
Condolences to Mr. Coleman and Tonya and at least three other Black families who Mr. Coleman said lost their children during deliveries by Dr. Bendell. Published on Jan 18, 2016 ~This year will mark the 48th-year anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, and as the last judge presiding over alleged shooter, James Earl Ray's case, Judge Joe Brown still believes "he didn't kill him." In an interview with DJ Vlad, the honorable judge says he didn't believe Ray was the gunman despite pleading guilty. Brown said, Ray denied the murder but plead guilty because he felt it was in his best interest under the circumstances given. "He said, 'I never said I killed King, I didn't kill him. I'm pleading because of Alford.'"

SEX AND COURT - Lawyers should approach the women working in The Cochran Firm's Los Angeles office and offer to file sex discrimination lawsuits for them. One former Cochran Firm client says she was seduced by a former Cochran Firm attorney, Mechel Pete, who influenced her to allow him to remove her lawsuit from Fulton County, GA Superior Court to amend it, which amendment never happened. He allegedly settled the lawsuit for a small sum. The Cochran Firm will do anything --- for their clients' defendants. Lawyers like these bring shame on the legal profession. The fact that The Cochran Firm is allowed to present itself to the public as being ONE law firm then declare each office to be separate and unrelated when sued by defrauded clients is evidence that the media, consumer protection agencies, and the American judiciary believe black lives don't matter. We will see what the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals thinks about the matter when it decides on The Cochran Firm's appeal of USDC's decision. In May 2015, the United States District Court, Central District of California, decided that neither The Cochran Firm nor its district offices meet the criteria to be called "a law firm". That is exactly what The Cochran Firm Atlanta office said when my family sued for malpractice and fraud in "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" (1). That is also exactly what The Cochran Firm told Judy Nashville when Cochran Firm attorney Rodney Holmes, Esq. failed to show up for court the day her son's wrongful death by police case finally was to be heard in St. Louis in 2006.
These people make a mockery of Johnnie Cochran's name and legacy. It's shameful that The Cochran Firm only demanded $75k for the wrongful death of John Crawford, III. Compare that to the $5.9m that Eric Garner's family settled for after his wrongful death. They were represented by real lawyers. The Cochran Firm defrauds African Americans by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name to sexually and financially exploit black women and families. That is why that firm exists and why mainstream media companies, consumer protection agencies, and American courts allow The Cochran Firm to continue wrecking havoc and help the lawyers hide lawsuits that defrauded clients continually file. It has been sued repeatedly for fraud, malpractice, and racism without censure and exposure. All African Americans are being penalized for Cochran's defense of O.J. Simpson.
Don't let your women meet with a Cochran Firm lawyer alone. At least, please carry mace.
Since media companies, consumer protection agencies, and some courts think black legal consumers deserve The Cochran Firm fraud because Johnnie Cochran successfully defended O.J. Simpson, helped to exonerate former Black Panther Party member ji Jaga (Geronimo Pratt), and announced plans in 2002 to sue the USA and major corporations for slavery and Jim Crow, it is up to you to help inform black families that they should not rely on The Cochran Firm for legal advocacy. The Cochran Firm is a court-declared FRAUD and is owned and operated by white supremacists and over-sexed, black Confederate soldiers.

The U.S. legal system apparently hates African Americans if the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals allows this fraud to continue.

(1) Whereas The Cochran Firm's regular defense when sued is to say that it is not a single law firm but separate law offices may be true in the case of "Judy Nashville vs. St. Louis," it was certainly NOT true in "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm". The Atlanta office, which disclaimed any association with the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, made that claim although Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk LLC (CCGSS) was actually registered with the Secretary of State's office ONLY in Tennessee using the address of The Memphis Cochran Firm. Therefore, Georgia Sup. Court and USDC, Nothern District of GA, were defrauded and their decisions are VOID. http://www.wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/docs/Ex05_CCGSSRogResponses.pdf "We are not affiliated with The Cochran Firm offices" is the usual defense when any office of The Cochran Firm gets sued, but that defense does not apply to "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm." The lawyers are outright liars who put perjury before courts to avoid accountability after defrauding African American families.
Black families deserve consumer protection, but they won't get it from any of the consumer protection entities pictured above. I reported The Cochran Firm fraud to all of them in 2006, when The Cochran Firm prevailed in Georgia Superior Court by saying that the Atlanta office, where the Neals' lawsuit was served, was NOT a Cochran Firm office. Media companies and consumer protection agencies had a duty to warn other legal consumers that such a lie had prevailed in court. Instead, the FCC, BBB, FTC, and media have watched one grieving black family after another rely on the frauds for due process of law and refused to act on complaints filed by defrauded clients. We hope the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ends the lie that there is a law firm called The Cochran Firm. No law firm can disclaim association with its individual offices when they get sued and thereby dodge liability after their many violations underthe Code of Ethics & Standards of Professional Conduct.
By order of federal court, The Cochran Firm cannot be considered a "national law firm." It has falsified its identity and defrauded the world. See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:
1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)
2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)
THE COCHRAN FIRM IS A NOW A COURT-DECLARED FRAUD PERPETUATED AGAINST ITS CLIENTS, ITS ATTORNEYS, OPPOSING ATTORNEYS AND PLAINTIFFS, PARTNERING LAW FIRMS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
It should come as no surprise that The Cochran Firm is a fraud to people who have followed the "MaryLovesJustice" articles and radio broadcasts and know about CoIntelPro tactics to undermine African Americans. In addition to presenting itself falsely as a national law firm, The Cochran Firm defrauded hundreds of its clients in the unprofessional handling of their legal cases over the 15 years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. In fact, The Cochran Firm is regularly sued for RACISM, MALPRACTICE, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, SEX DISCRIMINATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and of course, FRAUD. Members of the defrauded class of clients listed in the "Treacherous Lawyers" document above plan to sue Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, P.C. for racketeering. We seek an attorney to present our irrefutable evidence before an impartial judge and jury. When one reads about the heinous frauds that have been done by these officers of the court, and oftentimes upheld in courts, one will recognize the lawlessness that reigns in the United States of America and the deep animosity against people of color, who are The Cochran Firm's usual clients/victims.
Media companies and consumer protection agencies have steadfastly refused to warn people of color by even publishing lawsuits and complaints against The Cochran Firm, which are plenteous. That is likely because The Cochran Firm defrauds its clients on behalf of municipalities, police departments, and other government agencies as well as large, wealthy corporations. Had media companies and consumer protection agencies published the complaints and lawsuits against The Cochran Firm timely, most of The Cochran Firm's defrauded clients would have chosen honest, earnest lawyers to represent their cases alleging wrongful deaths, police brutality, sex discrimination, race discrimination by employers, and catastrophic injuries caused by corporate negligence. Instead, African Americans and other Cochran Firm clients (usually minorities) were not informed, and The Cochran Firm used its position as their legal counsel to save government entities and large corporations billions of dollars.
Racism is still prevalent in the United States of America. As it was in the 1700's, when slaves built this country, The Cochran Firm was able to continue its frauds against people of color because of systemic racism. Legal organizations and bar associations continued to give The Cochran Firm coveted awards, knowing that under their suits, The Cochran Firm lawyers wear white robes and collude against their own clients to help their clients' defendants in civil cases, or collude with prosecutors in criminal cases. For The Cochran Firm frauds, throwing the fight (likely for kickbacks) is usual and ordinary. This is racketeering.
Racketeering: Traditionally, obtaining or extorting money illegally or carrying on illegal business activities, usually by Organized Crime. A pattern of illegal activity carried out as part of an enterprise that is owned or controlled by those who are engaged in the illegal activity. The latter definition derives from the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations Act (RICO), a set of laws (18 U.S.C.A. § 1961 et seq. [1970]) specifically designed to punish racketeering by business enterprises, like The Cochran Firm, i.e., Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, P.C. Whereas the Court found that The Cochran Firm does not qualify as a single law firm with law offices throughout the nation -- as is commonly claimed -- two of The Cochran Firm offices are certainly related although that relationship was falsely denied in Georgia courts: The Atlanta office (CCGSS) and the Memphis office. In fact, despite perjury put before the courts by defendants in the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" lawsuits (in both Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court), wherein CCGSS disclaimed any association whatsoever with The Cochran Firm's Memphis law office, CCGSS was actually registered as a Tennessee professional corporation with its address in the Memphis Cochran Firm law office.
Perjury is such a common practice of The Cochran Firm lawyers and partners that perjury is even recommended to gullible clients, like Ms. Sarah Dozier (niece of Kathryn Johnston, 92-year-old Atlanta police murder victim, 2006). Dozier was induced by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., Esq. to lie to Georgia Probate Court and deny receipt of an invoice against Johnston's estate that had been sent by Mekel Hutchins for public relations work he did acting as family spokesman immediately after Johnston's murder. Hutchins sued Dozier for lying to avoid paying his invoice, and Dozier died. Dozier's sons say her death was caused by Legal Abuse Syndrome.

Some people were surprised to read recently that the Ku Klux Klan would accept Black and Hispanic members. It would be convenient if enemies were easily discerned by skin color, but that is not the case. Hezekiah Sistrunk and other African American lawyers in The Cochran Firm are persons who have no affinity with the masses of African Americans who yet struggle for recognition of the simple fact that . Their skin color gives cover to the fraud being perpetuated against legal consumers who are African American. It says, "Trust me, I'm black." As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said over 50 years ago, we must judge by character, not by skin color.

We Have Another Cochran Firm Fraud to Report: An African American youth was apparently murdered by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Judy Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. Nashville said former St. Louis police officer Keith McGull, fired his gun on Parker, his brother and a friend without provocation and killed her son. Of course McGull faced no criminal charges, plus The Cochran Firm defrauded the family of their righteous lawsuit. Hear this distraught mother Thursday night, May 7, 2015, at 9pmEST on "Human Rights Demand" channel at BlogTalkRadio. Please do not rely on The Cochran Firm frauds for legal services, especially not for defense on criminal charges or lawsuits against police, major corporations, or the federal government. After Holmes missed the date for "Nashville vs. St. Louis," The Cochran Firm frauds told Ms. Nashville that the law firm did not have the money to get a continuance and a new court date. Most Cochran Firm clients do not understand the court process or their rights. Nashville said she went to other attorneys, but they would not accept the case with so little time to prepare. Nashville said The Cochran Firm had not taken depositions from witnesses to present the case, anyway. Police arrested some of the youths who had witnessed Stanley Parker being shot to death. This seems typical of how The Cochran Firm and police work together to suppress justice for victimized African Americans.
Nashville tried to continue the wrongful death case pro se, but she said the judge told her she could not do that; she had to have an attorney. If that is true, then obviously the court and The Cochran Firm frauds united to suppress Nashville's case against St. Louis Police Department regarding Parker's death just like Georgia courts apparently united with The Cochran Firm frauds to suppress justice regarding the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died after 18 days of secret arrest (a kidnapping and murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee).
Running black teenagers are often considered criminals by police and are regularly shot and killed, especially in some neighborhoods. That apparently led to Parker's death. Nashville reports that when Parker, his brother and a friend finished cleaning a neighbor's attic, it was late at night. They were walking home when they saw a Chevy Lumina approaching them, driving fast. Their neighborhood had gang activity, and the boys darted into an ally for safety. They did not see a policeman exit the car and hide behind a dumpster. Keith McGull reportedly emerged from that hiding place and opened fire on the teens without saying a word and minus any provocation. This was apparently a case of "black teens running - shoot!"
Nashville said McGull had beaten his fiance half to death before joining the police force. He was implicated in other crimes after killing her son and was finally relieved of duty for good. McGull was also fired after killing Parker, but he was rehired after that tragedy and was fired again after doing other crimes. McGull is probably a police officer or an inmate someplace today.
Rodney Holmes, Esq. apparently left The Cochran Firm despite his excellent work suppressing justice for Parker's wrongful death, and he now runs his own law practice. This is why other Cochran Firm fraud victims and I check the background of lawyers involved in high profile cases regarding police violence to see if they have worked for The Cochran Firm since Johnnie Cochran announced a reparations lawsuit against the USA and major corporations and soon died. We do this to warn the defendants and plaintiffs because consumer protection agencies, state bars, media companies, and legal referral services will not report The Cochran Firm frauds to black legal consumers. Randy Short, a human rights advocate, facilitated Nashville's connection with Mary Neal, who hopes to be the lead plaintiff against The Cochran Firm in a RICO Act lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. There are now hundreds of potential plaintiffs. Interested lawyers are invited to contact Mary Neal, using the contact information below (her communication is compromised by stalkers, so please be persistent).
There has been no investigation and censure against The Cochan Firm by mainstream media companies or consumer protection agencies to day. Reporting The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its former clients would stop the success of future frauds by this corrupt law firm and negatively impact government agencies and large corporations that depend on The Cochran Firm to defraud its clients in order to protect their assets from African Americans' lawsuits. After Cochran's death, the national law firm fell into the hands of unethical and apparently racist partners, Cherry, Givens, Smith or Sistruck. Smith was and Sistrunk is black, which proves that racism is practiced by African Americans for material gain, also (see "Racist Black Elitist Traitors," an article in "Cochran Firm Fraud" blog - the link is provided at the end of this article).
This is not to say that every individual lawyer at The Cochran Firm is corrupt. Some attorneys who left the firm after Cochran's demise sued the firm for racism, fraud, and other offenses, including Shawn Chapman-Holley and Randy McMurray. Vicki L. Gilliam also left the firm after partners took her case regarding environmental pollution of the Ramapough People's lands in New Jersey (Google 'Mann v. Ford' by Mary Neal" to read about that fiasco). The Cochran Firm fraud partners then settled the case that was valued at $3billion for a mere $12.5million (see also an HBO special about the case). Attorneys with integrity and professional ethics are ordinarily forced out of The Cochran Firm like the three listed above were. McMurray's lawsuit is happening now in California. The officer says he verbally warned the kids and fired nine rounds at Parker only after being fired upon. Parker's brother, sixteen-year-old Joshua Nashville, flatly denies this, saying that McGull didn't make a peep and that none of the boys fired a gun, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Sons of an FBI agent were identified as possible suspects in Johnson's murder, just as a son of an FBI agent was suspected by the father of Jason Smith, a 14-year-old black boy who allegedly drowned in Louisiana. Jason’s body was also missing ORGANS when it was returned to his dad. "Jason would not go swimming," his father claimed. "Jason could not swim and was afraid of water." Jason Smith's death, which his father swears was a murder, was very similar to Kendrick Johnson's death. You can read about Johnson's death at Wikipedia, which reports the $100 million lawsuit filed by his family to recover damages related to their denial of due process of law. The FBI agent’s family filed suit against Ebony Magazine, claiming their sons' identities were revealed in articles published by that media. But daring black media companies and black families to speak and write about wrongful deaths in the 21st century is less effective than burning crosses that used to be placed in families' yards after lynchings in the 1940's. FBI agents, like those whose sons were implicated in Jason Smith's and Johnson's deaths, work for The Justice Department (USDOJ). The Justice Department is also the government agency that was in direct overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail, where Larry Neal was murdered, after a lawsuit by the USA against the jail. The USDOJ is complicit in Larry Neal's murder cover-up, which is ongoing. Like Johnson's family, the Neal family is DENIED any due process of law. For eleven years, we have asked for information and records that would reveal how and why Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and killed in custody, but we are swatted away like flies at a summer picnic. Instead of investigating this murder of a disabled citizen, my family was placed under surveillance. Our phones are tapped, and our computers are under the control of cyberstalkers. My U.S. Mail and emails experience tampering and interruption, and I am sometimes physically followed when I leave home. I was once followed for six miles by four vehicles led by a U.S. Government vehicle and waylaid at a neighborhood Chevron station for over an hour. I called 911 emergency police, but no DeKalb County, Georgia police officers responded to my distress call.
Memphis, Tennessee, where Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest, is also where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968. Dr. King and Malcolm X, among others, showed signs of being a "black Messiah.” Johnnie Cochran did, aslo. As such, Cochran may have come under the radar of CoIntelPro, a secret FBI program. Over 85 percent of CoIntelPro's budget went to suppressing African Americans' movement for equality under the law. Cochran's nephew and his brother were assassinated by yet unknown killers, as was Tupac, the godson of a man Cochran helped exonerate after a CoIntelPro setup cost him 28 years of wrongful incarceration - ji-Jaga (Geronimo Pratt). Cochran mysteriously died in 2005 shortly after partnering with Southern lawyers and announcing his intention to sue the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves as laborers - a lawsuit for reparations. It now appears that "they" have Cochran's law firm. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud" to reach a blog naming over a dozen lawsuits and allegations of deliberate fraud, racism, and malpractice that were filed against the CoIntelPro law firm. African American families are often targeted for police terrorism when they dare to complain about 21st century lynchings in the United States of America. Look online for stories about how Tamir Rice's mother and sister were treated immediately after the 12-year-old child was fatally shot by Officer Tim Loehmann in Cleveland, Ohio. Rice's sister's arrest is reported at link 8 of 9 below. See also news stories and videos revealing how the fiancee of John Crawford, III was interrogated by police after Crawford was ambushed and fatally shot by police officers as he peacefully shopped in a Walmart. Now Tasha Thomas is dead, too. That may be because Tasha had her own attorney and could not be subjected to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm filed a lawsuit for John Crawford’s survivors demanding only $75k for the young father’s brutal murder, although his shooting was caught on tape. The corrupt lawyers called it a "negligence" case.
The Huffington Post reported, "Tasha Thomas, 26, who had accompanied John Crawford to the Beavercreek store where he was killed by police in August, was pronounced dead at the scene of an early morning crash on New Year's Day in Dayton, the Montgomery County coroner's office said. Another person in the car, Frederick Bailey, 30, also died." Apparently, the car Bailey drove suddenly launched to a speed of over 100 mph (reminiscent of Michael Hastings' fiery death). How did Kendrick Johnson die? It was initially said that he smothered when he accidentally fell and rolled in an exercise mat in his high school gym. How incredible! And then, did his organs simply walk away from his body. Stunning! Shutting off the air supply for black men is a traditional lynching method, particularly hangings. However, Kendrick did not die that way, and neither did Gregory Johnson, Jr. Both young men actually died of head trauma. Gregory Johnson, Jr. was killed in November 2008, as a student at San Jose State University (SJSU). His murder is also covered-up, having been declared a suicide by hanging. The problem is that Gregory was several inches taller than the pipe where he allegedly hanged himself in the basement of Sigma Chi Fraternity House, where he was the only African American in residence. Gregory's neck had no ligature marks that would have been in evidence if he had really hanged, and his eyes did not bulge. He did have a six-inch gash in the back of his head with his brain oozing out. Gregory's death received no satisfactory investigation, probably because wealthy Caucasian youths are expected to "sow their wild oats." Deaths and terrorism of students who are black men at SJSU seem to be rites of passage that happen periodically at SJSU, where blacks comprise less than 5 percent of the student body. The latest SJSU "suicide" victim was Brandon Tiggs. His parents sued the university.
Death by drowning, which reportedly happened to Jason Smith (and Rodney King), also results from lack of oxygen. The most famous recent death that occurred by shutting off a black man's air supply is Eric Garner's. Garner was choked to death by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo. People protested Garner's murder throughout the world and sang this song:
I still hear my brother crying -- "I can't breathe"
Now I'm in the struggle singing -- "I can't leave"
We calling out the violence of these racist police
And WE ain't gonna stop -- ‘til our people are free!
Garner was one of over 1,000 people killed in America by police in 2014. Deaths that occur in public like Michael Brown's and Eric Garner's are harder to hide than deaths in custody, such as the wrongful death of Larry Neal and Darren Rainey. Rainey was a mentally ill black man like Larry was. He was dragged into a shower in Dade County Correctional Institution and killed under scalding hot water (the event was captured on tape and reported by numerous witnesses). Rainey's skin separated from his muscles as his screams for mercy were ignored for over 45 minutes. More information on Rainey's murder is at the ninth link below. Kendrick Johnson's parents, Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson, presently face charges of civil disobedience for blocking the entrance to Lowndes County Courthouse, as you see in the video embedded above. According to an 11Alive report, "Kendrick Johnson, 17, was found dead Jan. 11, 2013 in the Lowndes High School gym. His parents have since filed a $100 million lawsuit against 38 people, including the Valdosta police chief, the director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and three of Kendrick's classmates ... The pathologist found evidence of blunt force trauma to the teen's neck and said the death was a homicide." (Blunt force trauma is also what Gregory Johnson, Jr.'s body showed; no hanging happened.) The report on Johnson's parents' wrongful prosecution is at the link immediately below. Notice that the 11Alive news report still referred to Johnson's murder as being a "gym mat death" despite the pathologist's ruling, which indicates that Johnson was dead before being rolled in the mat. His organs had to be stolen prior to that event, also, if his organs were used for transplanting.
One might hope that Johnson's parents fare better in American courts than Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and Larry Neal did. Black families cannot usually get justice in Confederate courts of law. Judge Timothy Batten actually ruled that the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was "immaterial" and dismissed our pro se lawsuit (we could not find a Georgia attorney to represent us against the CoIntelPro lawyers). My mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for fraud and malpractice for derailing our planned civil action against Memphis Shelby County Jail while under contract as Larry Neal's wrongful death attorneys. The treacherous lawyers held our civil action secretly inactive while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed, while writing to us about a vigorous discovery process that was never actually happening. Our first lawsuit against The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court was dismissed by Judge Wendy Shoob. She declared falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (see the Order at the "Documents" tab in "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com" website at link number 2 below). Many courts, law firms, and media companies collude against black families who seek justice after lynchings, and cyberstalkers are employed to prevent exposure about injustices online.
Florida was credited with 346 deaths of inmates in 2014 alone. How many deaths in custody happened nationwide? We have no way to tell because the propensity for cover-ups increases in controlled settings like jails and prisons. If all 50 states have the same rate of deaths in custody that Florida has, the number of dead inmates for 2014 alone would be 17,300. That death toll for U.S. inmates would be considerably more than all the U.S. soldiers who were killed during the entire Afghanistan conflict, which total 1,742. If something is not done to stop inmates' murders, more Americans will be first kidnapped by police before being killed, like Larry Neal was. Deaths in custody make cover-ups easier to arrange.
