Published on Jan 18, 2016 ~This year will mark the 48th-year anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, and as the last judge presiding over alleged shooter, James Earl Ray's case, Judge Joe Brown still believes "he didn't kill him." In an interview with DJ Vlad, the honorable judge says he didn't believe Ray was the gunman despite pleading guilty. Brown said, Ray denied the murder but plead guilty because he felt it was in his best interest under the circumstances given. "He said, 'I never said I killed King, I didn't kill him. I'm pleading because of Alford.'"

Cochran Firm Fraud Appealed to 9th Circuit Court

SEX AND COURT - Lawyers should approach the women working in The Cochran Firm's Los Angeles office and offer to file sex discrimination lawsuits for them. According to former partner Randy McMurray, they must have office sex with Brian Dunn to work there. I do not know if Dunn has sexually assaulted any female clients. Lawyers like these bring shame on the legal profession. The fact that The Cochran Firm is allowed to present itself to the public as being ONE law firm then declare each office to be separate and unrelated when sued by defrauded clients is evidence that the media, consumer protection agencies, and the American judiciary believe black lives don't matter. These people make a mockery of Johnnie Cochran's name and legacy. It's shameful that The Cochran Firm only demanded $75k for the wrongful death of John Crawford, III. Compare that to the $5.9m that Eric Garner's family settled for after his wrongful death. They were represented by real lawyers. "We are not affiliated with The Cochran Firm offices" is the usual defense when any office of The Cochran Firm gets sued, but that defense does not apply to "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm." The lawyers are outright liars who put perjury before courts to avoid accountability after defrauding African American families.

Black families deserve consumer protection, but they won't get it from any of the consumer protection entities pictured above. I reported The Cochran Firm fraud to all of them in 2006, when The Cochran Firm prevailed in Georgia Superior Court by saying that the Atlanta office, where the Neals' lawsuit was served, was NOT a Cochran Firm office. Media companies and consumer protection agencies had a duty to warn other legal consumers that such a lie had prevailed in court. Instead, the FCC, BBB, FTC, and media have watched one grieving black family after another rely on the frauds for due process of law and refused to act on complaints filed by defrauded clients. We hope the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ends the lie that there is a law firm called The Cochran Firm. The Cochran Firm contracted with Hattie Neal, 80, to represent the survivors of Larry Neal, her mentally and physically disabled son. Larry was a heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The Cochran Firm did no substantive work regarding Larry's secret arrest and death during the Tennessee statute of limitations, although it sent the family lying updates. When the family sued The Cochran Firm for fraud and malpractice, the firm denied even having a Memphis office or a Georgia office. The Cochran Firm conspired with government officials to keep Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder covered-up.

6. EDWINA DAVIS MUST SURVIVE THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD
Edwina Davis was sexually exploited by a Cochran Firm lawyer who also worked against her interest in a civil action. He induced her to withdraw her lawsuit against her employer so that he could amend it. He never re-filed the lawsuit. Instead he settled with the company for a small sum.

The man's sons then sued The Cochran Firm in Kentucky.

An Atlanta teenager was killed by police for driving a vehicle they claimed they suspected was stolen. It was his mother's Tahoe. The shooter was indicted for Ward's murder but was not tried. This writer was told that The Cochran Firm, which contracted with Ward's family, never filed Ward's wrongful death lawsuit against police in civil court.

When Christopher Tucker paid The Cochran Firm frauds over $12k to represent him regarding a resisting arrest charge, he did not expect to be sent an apparently drunk lawyer who had no legal right to practice law in the Oklahoma City court where Tucker's trial would be held. The seemingly intoxicated lawyer had been assigned by The Cochran Firm's National Director of Lawyers, a man who was himself disbarred in California. Crawford was a 22-year-old black father who was ambushed and killed while talking on the phone at an Ohio Walmart while leaning on a toy rifle he planned to purchase. The Cochran Firm demanded only $75,000 for Crawford's survivors, which says, "Black Lives Don't Matter."

Carter was a young black man who was arrested in Jonesboro, AR. Police claim that the youth committed suicide after being searched twice while his hands double handcuffed behind his back and he was locked in the back of their police car. Curiously, the dash cam stopped working just prior to Carter's shooting and resumed working right after. The Cochran Firm contracted with his family and never actually filed suit, as far as this writer knows. That is a specialty of theirs - stringing families along while the statute of limitations passes.

20. WHISTLEBLOWERS IN LOUISIANA contracted with The Cochran Firm to file a lawsuit against a chemical company. The lead plaintiff, who was a good swimmer and a fisherman since childhood, somehow drowned after notifying his attorney he was going fishing. The lawsuit did not proceed after his demise and other plaintiffs, who worked for the chemical company, feared for their lives. The chemical company changed its name and is still operational. An African American youth was apparently by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often did that to clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date.

UN to USA: Come Clean on Deaths in Custody

Regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and wrongful deaths of other inmates, the United Nations and I recommend that America take the following steps: STOP avoiding accountability for wrongful deaths in custody, world police. "All we ask America is 'Be TRUE to what you said on paper'" (MLK). Honor the U.S. Constitution, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and International Law.

DEATHS IN CUSTODY
22. The Committee notes with concern that 958 inmates died while in the custody of local jails during 2012, an 8 percent increase from the 889 deaths in 2010. During the same year State prison deaths remained stable with 3,351 reported deaths. The Committee is particularly concerned about reports of inmate deaths occurred as a result of extreme heat exposure while imprisoned in unbearably hot and poor ventilated prison facilities in Arizona, California, Florida, New York, Michigan and Texas (arts. 2, 11 and 16).

The Committee urges the State party to investigate promptly, thoroughly and impartially ALL deaths of detainees, assessing the health care received by inmates as well as any possible liability of prison personnel, and provide, where appropriate, adequate compensation to the families of the victims (NOT lawyer fraud through The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, surveillance, financial persecution, and censorship of the families of victims, which is what happened to the Neals for eleven years to prevent disclosure of Larry Neal's secret murder).

The State party should adopt urgent measures to remedy any deficiencies concerning the temperature, insufficient ventilation and humidity levels in prison cells, including death row facilities.

Cooking Up a Small Settlement for Jerome Murdough, Rikers Island Victim

SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED regarding a homeless Marine Corps veteran who was baked to death in a Rikers Island solitary jail cell - $2.25m. I told you The Cochran Firm frauds would never take the wrongful death of Jerome Murdough case before a jury. Lawyers demanded $25m but settled for less than 10 percent of the demand - then the family's attorney congratulated the defendants for being "willing" to pay that much.

Attorney Derek Sells, who represented the family, said the agreement was “a sign that the administration is willing to work with people mistreated by city agencies and officials.”

Murdough's family members were not told the veteran was dead by any jail or city officials - they found out from an AP reporter who called them for a statement WEEKS LATER. Murdough's death would probably have been covered-up like Larry Neal's is had it not been revealed by AP. This was likely to avoid a wrongful death lawsuit. Luckily for defendants, Murdough's family contracted The Cochran Firm frauds as their wrongful death attorneys. Happy Veterans Day.

A white man who was traumatized by solitary confinement (not baked to death) was awarded a $15.5 million settlement. During the time Stephen Slevin, 58, spent in solitary confinement at Doña Ana County Detention Center, his mental and physical health deteriorated so severely that he spent hours on end rocking back and forth beneath a blanket, his attorney told the Los Angeles Times. "Slevin even wiggled a tooth loose so he could yank it out," Matt Coyte said. Compare Slevin's settlement to Murdough's.

False Advertising of The Cochran Firm Frauds

The Cochran Firm commercials on Bounce TV advertise the firm's Atlanta office by address: 127 Peachtree Street. Black people and companies must not help white supremacists defraud their people. Read how many times the frauds committed perjury by DENYING its Atlanta office existed in this pleading to GA Sup. Ct. The Neals sued the animals when The Cochran Firm helped Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically handicapped black man. Showing African Americans those commercials is going to EMBARRASS BounceTV soon. They should dump them like MARTA did or prepare to explain either false advertising or for entering a conspiracy to defraud African American legal consumers in a RICO Act action.

No law firm should be allowed to deny its identity in court and have that denial sustained by a court of law, but continue to hold out services to African Americans using that same identity. A conspiracy by corrupt officers of the court allowed The Cochran Firm office in Atlanta to deny any affiliation with (i) The Cochran Firm headquarters in Dothan, Alabama (Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, PC) and with (ii) its sister office, The Cochran Firm in Memphis (where the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm (CCGSS) was actually registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State). 

That fraud against the court was intended to avoid accountability for defrauding Larry Neal's family, including his 80-year-old mother, Hattie Neal. When the Neals called The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office immediately after being notified that Larry Neal had expired in Memphis Shelby County Jail, where he had been secretly incarcerated for 18 days, The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office arranged for us to sign contract after Larry Neal's funeral and burial in its Memphis office. We were told our point of contact with The Cochran Firm would remain the Atlanta office for the convenience of elderly Hattie Neal, who would be unable to travel to Memphis for depositions and other interactions with lawyers. We were told that both offices of The Cochran Firm would work together to get justice for Larry Neal's wrongful death. 

The Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm obviously knew that the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm had a managing partner who was the former chairman of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners. In fact, Julian Bolton, Esq. remained on the Shelby County Commission years after The Cochran Firm contracted to be our wrongful death attorneys. That deliberate conflict of interest was not revealed to the Neal family, because the entire exercise was fraud: The Cochran Firm never planned to bring lawsuits for Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder and the negligence lawsuits against the State of Tennessee and Larry's final care home, and The Cochran Firm actually held the wrongful death file secretly inactive while the Tennessee statue of limitations ran. 

Defrauding black legal consumers is a habit with The Cochran Firm, which regularly works with its clients' defendants to keep their payouts low or nonexistent and has been sued repeatedly for racism and fraud. In one noteworthy case, The Cochran Firm defrauded a class of African American workers in California who contracted with the firm to represent them in a racial discrimination lawsuit against their employer. The Cochran Firm had its clients agree to sign a Confidentiality Agreement for mediation to settle the case out of court. However, The Cochran Firm actually did not plan mediation. The underhanded lawyers took the signature page from the Confidentiality Agreement that their clients had signed and attached it to a Settlement Agreement that the clients did not know about. Without their clients' knowledge and permission, The Cochran Firm settled the discrimination lawsuit for an amount that was significantly lower than the clients would have agreed to had they been given the chance to refuse. 

That was obvious fraud, but African Americans are ordinarily refused justice in racist American courts. The black clients' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was dismissed by California State Court and by the California Supreme Court. Some courts apparently work together with The Cochran Firm to assist its CoIntelPro mandate to keep wealth out of black people's hands, just as media companies help the racist frauds maintain a spotless image before the public by refusing to publish the many lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by previous clients, attorneys, and partners who sued for fraud and racism over the years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. He happened to die shortly after announcing his intention to sue the USA and major American corporations for reparations and Jim Crow discrimination against African Americans. White supremacists and black Confederates who had bought ownership in The Cochran Firm took over the operation of the firm.

African American families who have lost members to police violence like the Neals and people who have been victimized by racial discrimination on their jobs like the California class do not deserve to be further victimized by CoIntelPro lawyers who secretly work with the clients' defendants behind their backs. The fact that such violations are accomplished by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and legacy is especially offensive. Legal victories by lawyers like Johnnie Cochran, Lynn Stewart, and Alton Maddox were largely responsible for an end to riots after wrongful deaths by police in America. However, Cochran is dead and neither Stewart nor Maddox are allowed to practice law. Cochran's civil rights attorneys were fired or forced out of the firm immediately after his death, and conniving scoundrels like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Julian Bolton, David McLaughlin, and Brian Dunn defraud African Americans on certain cases to protect major corporations and murderous police. 

If media companies like BounceTV refuse to warn African American legal consumers about The Cochran Firm fraud, they should at least not join the conspiracy to deny justice by advertising The Cochran Firm's deliberately substandard services. African Americans who discover they have been victimized by legal malpractice like the Neals did might also name BounceTV as a co-conspirator in a Rico Act action for directing them to a law office that denied it was The Cochran Firm in courts of law and was already issued a WRIT OF NONEXISTENCE by Georgia courts. Therefore, I advise BounceTV to stop helping to defraud Georgia legal consumers. None of this conspiracy against African Americans will be kept secret. We have God's Word on that.

Johnny Cochran's Legacy Misused

12 points proving injustice 

1)  Johnnie Cochran was one of the world's most successful and celebrated attorneys. He helped to exonerate numerous defendants and won significant courtroom victories for victimized minority clients, including police victims' survivors. Cochran won an acquittal for O.J. Simpson in 1995. He entered a subpoena to demand FBI records in defense of Geronimo ji-Jaga (formerly "Elmer Gerard Pratt"), the former minister of defense for the Black Panther Party. Thanks in large part to Cochran, ji-Jaga's conviction was vacated in 1997 after the innocent man had spent 27 years in prison, eight of them in solitary confinement. Cochran said that helping to exonerate ji-Jaga was the most satisfying achievement of his career. It appears that ji-Jaga was a political prisoner set up by CoIntelPro.

2)  “COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was/is a series of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations. COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare, planting false reports in the media, smearing through forged letters, harassment, wrongful imprisonment, extralegal violence and assassination.

3)  Covert operations under COINTELPRO took place between 1956 and 1971; however, the FBI has used covert operations against targeted individuals and domestic political groups since its inception. The FBI's stated motivation at the time was ‘protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order’” (Wikipedia and other sources). The "social order" was and still is dominance by white elitists. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and many people who protested environmental pollution, the Vietnam War, and systemic racism were targeted by COINTELPRO, especially members of the Black Panther Party. Most of COINTELPRO's budget went to suppressing African Americans' quest for civil and human rights. Although whites and Jews as well as Native Americans and Puerto Ricans were also surveilled, one of the FBI program's main goals was to "prevent the rise of a black Messiah,"

4)  Johnnie Cochran manifested signs of becoming a “black Messiah.” Cochran experienced numerous successes against police departments in wrongful death and brutality cases, and he had bigger plans. In 2002, Cochran announced plans he and others made to gather a "dream team" of lawyers to sue the United States and major corporations for slavery and Jim Crow reparations. In preparation, he gave free legal services to claimants who planned to sue for damages related to the Tulsa, Oklahoma 1921 riots (Black Wall Street). Perhaps to raise capital for the reparations lawsuit, Cochran sold part ownership of his law firm to some Southern whites, then fell ill with an inoperable brain tumor and died on May 28, 2005.

5)  Who would make better CoIntelPro agents than lawyers operating falsely under a name that people trust like Johnnie Cochran's? CoIntelPro's agenda was/is to keep wealth out of blacks' hands, spy on communication, and take other offensive actions to maintain the "status quo." Lawyers do not have to spy on their clients; we answer whatever they ask, thinking our communication is protected by client/attorney privilege. We also believe that lawyers who contract with us in civil action cases work diligently because they are paid on a contingency basis.

6)  The Cochran Firm, under the new partners, are repeatedly sued for fraud and racism. Most lawsuits against The Cochran Firm have been unsuccessful despite an abundance of evidence presented by plaintiffs. In "Neals v. The Cochran Firm," the law firm had no defense to allegations that it contracted to represent survivors of Larry Neal but did absolutely no work on the case during 11 of Tennessee's 12-month statute of limitations for personal injury lawsuits. The case involved a mentally ill African American man who was secretly arrested and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Having no defense to the Neals' lawsuit for fraud and malpractice, The Cochran Firm falsely declared its Georgia offices "nonexistent," and Georgia Superior Court as well as federal court agreed with them. The "nonexistent"Cochran Firm law office in Atlanta had other cases before those very courts at that time. The CochranFirm's Atlanta office had television commercials, billboards, Internet ads, and MARTA ads offering its services to Georgians while declaring itself nonexistent in court. Who are those masked men and women?

7)  Dozens of former clients, attorneys, and a partnering law firm have sued The Cochran Firm, alleging fraud, racism, sex discrimination, and/or malpractice. Randy McMurray, a former partner, sued the firm for RICO Act racketeering. Lawsuits against The Cochran Firm are published in legal journals, but reports about lawsuits against the firm seldom reach the public. That is because mainstream media is apparently complicit in The Cochran Firm frauds against Africans in America, Native Americans, and Latinos. So are many other entities, such as those that continually ignore The Cochran Firm's proved duplicity and award the firm and its lawyers high honors that are not deserved.

8)  The Cochran Firm saves government entities and corporations billions annually some years by defrauding its own clients in civil actions. For example, in the case of John Crawford, III's fatal shooting by police in an Ohio Walmart store, The Cochran Firm only demanded $75,000. Johnnie Cochran may have had doubts about his new partners' honesty in criminal law matters. Former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman Holley revealed that Cochran made his partners agree to never undertake criminal law cases (perhaps because of their private prison investments or connections).

9)  Legal Victories: Under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 19 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this writer has the right to notify legal consumers in minority communities about The Cochran Firm fraud against them, although efforts to do so are illegally censored. Unfortunately, consumer protection agencies, including the BBB, apparently participate in nondisclosure. The BBB refused to take a consumer report from Mary Neal when the law firm claimed falsely that it had no law offices in Georgia. Either The Cochran Firm has an Atlanta office, or it engages in false advertising. Yet the FCC and FTC do nothing to stop their ads. Mary Neal's reports about TheCochran Firm fraud have been followed by intimidation and endangerment, home burglaries, and financial persecution against the writer and her family that are thus far refused investigation and legal remedy. Meanwhile, the list of lawsuits against The Cochran Firm alleging malpractice continue to grow.

10)  The Cochran Firm claimed in Georgia Superior Court that the Atlanta law office was NOT a CochranFirm office and had no association with other Cochran Firm offices. The Cochran Firm further claimed when sued by the Neals in federal court that it had NO law offices in the City of Memphis. Nevertheless, The Cochran Firm is now fighting in California after lawsuit by Randy McMurray to be considered ONE law firm with multiple offices across the nation, just like it proclaims on its website and all its ads and according to its representation to the Neal family. The identity and operations of that law firm are shrouded in secrecy. The Cochran Firm's identity changes according to whether one is a legal consumer seeking services or a former client planning to sue the firm for fraud.

11)  Johnnie Cochran's legacy is misused to defraud his people. I urge you to stay informed about what is done, or not done, regarding the wrongful death cases of Chavis Carter and John Crawford, III. People who have already lost close relatives to violence by police or corrections officers do not deserve to be further victimized by The Cochran Firm frauds like the Neal family was. Whistleblowers, Beware of Cochran Firm Fraud

Warning to Whistleblowers

America's CoIntelPro law firm wants whistleblowers to tell them whatever they know about violations against environmental protection laws, civil rights, and medical abuse, etc. The Cochran Firm frauds have probably been assigned to gather whistleblowers' information and suppress it. A woman called me and reported that her close relative was the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit planned against a chemical company in Louisiana in 2005. He was reportedly a good swimmer and avid fisherman. The man somehow DIED while out fishing alone one day. So if I were you, whistleblower, I would BE CAREFUL TAKING CASES TO THE (JOHNNIE) COCHRAN FIRM. They are RICO Act racketeers who probably want to help your defendants behind your backs and have been sued numerous times for doing just that. 

The companies where you are employed and know about abuses that could cost them billions in lawsuits and fines would not appreciate your telling The Cochran Firm about their violations, would they? They will probably know about your report within minutes after you leave The Cochran Firm's office.  The media will NOT help me to tell you about The Cochran Firm fraud, so that the CoIntelPro firm can continue "cleaning up" after police departments and major companies that violate the law without payouts to The Cochran Firm clients who are mostly African Americans. "The Cochran Firm Fraud" excerpt: "I was so GLAD to see police officers standing on my porch that Saturday! I had never met anything but NICE police officers until then. There was a black woman, a black man, and a white man in plain clothes (I figured he was a detective). But they didn't come for the purpose I thought.

I had spent the day before passing out 100 flyers about "The Cochran Firm Fraud" to businesses in downtown Decatur, Georgia and trying to make an appointment to see Burrell Ellis, the former CEO of DeKalb County. I thought these police officers had come to take my statement about ignored police reports and to address my censorship and the young man who admitted to stalking me 'because it paid well." WRONG!

"The female officer spoke. She told me I'd better not EVER go back to the DeKalb County Government Building again. I asked her to repeat that, and she did. I then said, 'Let me get this straight -- I live in DeKalb County. I pay taxes here. Property taxes are paid on my home -- but I cannot ever step foot in the Government Building?"

She went to the car and made a call. Then she returned with new instructions. She said, "You can go to the DeKalb County Government Building, but you'd better NOT EVER tell anyone in authority that police ignore your police reports."

Again I repeated her instructions, and this time she stuck to them. I asked the white man, "Who are you?" He said he was a mental health professional and gave me a card. I then recognized the plan. They hoped I would lose my temper about this clear violation of my rights. Then they would Taser and arrest me, just like Atlanta police officers threatened when I told people in Atlanta about my disabled brother's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail and The Cochran Firm fraud.

I said, "Alright, officers." I knew that one day, millions of people throughout the world might read about what they did that Saturday morning.

It is interesting to follow The Cochran Firm fraud trail and see where it leads. I knew it had to lead to big money and powerful people. No insignificant law firm would have the nerve to use "nonexistence" as a defense when sued for malpractice and fraud like The Cochran Firm did when sued by the Neal family. I am disappointed but not surprised to find that The Cochran Firm fraud trail leads to so-called "white liberals."

Hezekiah Sistrunk is congratulated all over the Internet for being awarded the coveted Clarence Darrow Award. Sistrunk is the managing partner of The Cochran Firm's Atlanta Office, a law office that was declared nonexistent by Georgia courts to help The Cochran Firm avoid accountability for fraud. After the death of Jock Smith, Sistrunk became a National Partner and President of The Cochran Firm. "They" like to keep a black face out front.

Clarence Darrow was allegedly one of the greatest trial lawyers of the 20th century and a leading member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). I have received no assistance from the ACLU regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally and physically disabled black man, and The Cochran Firm fraud that prevented our wrongful death and negligence lawsuits from going forward. The Cochran Firm did this by signing contract with the Neals under a secret conflict of interest, then withholding legal services it pretended to render for nearly a year through U.S. Mail fraud. I assume the ACLU did not object to the Clarence Darrow Award being bestowed on Hezekiah Sistrunk, a thoroughly corrupt attorney whose law firm denied its own existence in Georgia, a perjury that was upheld in Georgia Superior Court by Judge Wendy Shoob in 2006 and in United States District Court in 2007, with Judge Timothy Batten presiding.

The Clarence Darrow Award was presented by Mike Papantonio at the 2014 Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 10, 2014. Robert Kennedy, Jr. is one of the attorneys in The Papanonio Firm.

The Cochran Firm's press release says, "The Clarence Darrow Award recognizes dedication and excellence in the legal profession and is given to an attorney who has demonstrated exceptional conviction in their work."

Inasmuch as The Cochran Firm's "work" is to defraud black people throughout America to save government entities and large corporations from paying righteous damages to The Cochran Firm's clients, I agree that Sistrunk displays "exceptional conviction" to his work.

I have no doubt that everyone involved in bestowing this honor on Hezekiah Sistrunk is well aware of The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its African American clients. They could hardly miss knowing about lawsuits and allegations of fraud and racism levied against The Cochran Firm by its former attorneys who refused to deliberately withhold adequate legal services from the firm's clients after Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. The civil rights attorneys who worked with Cochran were fired or forced out of the firm after the firm fell into the hands of white supremacists who had partnered with Cochran shortly before his demise. Cochran died shortly after announcing his plan to file suit for slavery and Jim Crow reparations against the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves.

The Cochran Firm's press release about Hezekiah Sistrunk being awarded the Clarence Darrow Award even made mention of his defrauded client, Sarah Dozier, the niece of Kathryn Johnston, whose wrongful death case The Cochran Firm misrepresented terribly in Atlanta. The Cochran Firm claimed to have filed a lawsuit with an $18 million demand a year after Kathryn Johnston's shooting death by Atlanta police officers. However, I was unable to find the court of origin of the lawsuit. Both Georgia Superior Court and Georgia State Court denied being the court of origin when I checked their records after the lawsuit was settled. Both courts presented supervisors who assured me the case was never filed in their courts, and both courts allowed me to examine their computerized list of cases to prove the suit was not filed there. No such lawsuit was found on record. However, United States District Court had a case for Dozier v. City of Atlanta that claimed (falsely, apparently) to have been transferred from Georgia State Court. The changes that were made to the federal court docket AFTER the lawsuit settled for less than a third of the demand are reprehensible and obscene. Judge Marvin Shoob presided over that botched case. He is the father of Judge Wendy Shoob, who pronounced The Cochran Firm nonexistent in Georgia Superior Court and wrongly dismissed the Neals vs. The Cochran Firm case in 2006.

Hezekiah Sistrunk defrauded Dozier a second time when she was sued by The Rev. Markel Hutchins. Sistrunk allegedly advised his client, Dozier, to lie to Probate Court and deny having received Hutchins' invoice for services connected to her recovery of damages for police having murdered her 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnston. How many lawyers advise their clients to defraud the court and defraud courts themselves with impunity? How many lawyers would win prestigious awards after that illegal conduct was published? Only The Cochran Firm is allowed such license. Dozier's sons believe their mother died partly due to stress - Legal Abuse Syndrome.

The Cochran Firm regularly defrauds its African American clients to "protect the status quo," which is elite white supremacy. That was the mission undertaken by the covert FBI program, CoIntelPro. The Cochran Firm saved Ford Motor Company roughly $3 billion by defrauding the Ramapough People, and that was only one case - Mann vs. Ford. Imagine how much money The Cochran Firm saves corporate America and government agencies every year by defrauding African Americans and other minorities under Johnnie Cochran's name.

Besides being awarded the Clarence Darrow Award from white liberals, Sistrunk was inducted into the Gate City Bar Association Hall of Fame by Negro lawyers in November 2011. Good job defrauding the Neals and Johnston's family, Sistrunk and co-conspirators! Meka B. Ward, the president of the Gate City Bar Association, will soon become the first African American president of the State Bar of Georgia, another corrupt organization that refused to even mail me a complaint form after my Cochran Firm fraud until commanded to do so by the State Attorney General. If white liberals with power and money and bougie blacks really cared about the condition of African Americans, why are black people still broke, unemployed, and mass incarcerated to provide slave labor? Why are so many blacks terrorized and killed by police in their communities? It is time to recognize elite integration. We can rely on neither white liberals nor conservatives, and we could never trust black Confederate soldiers like Sistrunk. The united effort of traitor blacks and racist white elitists was responsible for our initial enslavement, and their unity keeps us in our present disenfranchised state. Who do you think "strongly supported" the racist 100 to 1 sentencing disparity regarding "crack vs. powder cocaine"? The Congressional Black Caucus did in 1986. Who do you think requested that Congress outlaw only menthol cigarettes, the kind that over 85 percent of black smokers use? The NAACP did. They actually asked Congress to pass another racially discriminatory drug law to excuse more mass incarceration of black people, then continued to accept black people's membership dues and claim to "represent" African Americans. These must be other cases of "mass torts made perfect."

No wonder I have cyber stalkers. Their bosses do not want me censored because they are ashamed; they are bullies. They apparently called more black Confederate soldiers positioned in houses around mine and told them to shoot their guns to register their objections to this article. Cover-up Regarding Jerome Murdough Foiled by AP

There was a time when I thought we could negotiate a confidential settlement regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal. I assumed the government and The Cochran Firm would not want it known that a mentally ill heart patient who was a U.S. citizen was killed and his survivors were defrauded by a law firm carrying Johnnie Cochran's name. We initially believed Larry's death was accidental. Not only was Larry Neal's death NOT accidental, but authorities do not seem to mind if the whole world knows that mentally and physically disabled Americans are secretly jailed and killed and that such deaths are covered up. It happens regularly. Apparently, it happened to Jerome Murdough.

Jerome Murdough was a 56-year-old mentally challenged veteran who was BAKED to death in Riker's Island in February 2014, but his family was not told for weeks. Finally, AP notified Murdough's family, not prison authorities or his attorney. The prison reportedly informed Murdough's state-appointed attorney three days after his demise. Perhaps officials and the lawyer had agreed that Murdough's family must never to be told about their relative slow-roasting to death in a Riker's Island prison cell.

Like Larry Neal, Jerome Murdough had suffered numerous previous arrests due to his mental illness before his fatal incarceration. It is likely that officials had contact information for Murdough's relatives in his file. But officials withhold information about mentally ill citizens' deaths sometimes to spare themselves bad publicity and save money on wrongful death lawsuits. That is why AIMI recommends that families physically search jails when looking for missing loved ones. Merely calling authorities and filing a missing person report are insufficient, as police lied when Larry Neal was "missing" for 18 days in 2003. He was secretly incarcerated throughout that time. Larry died in Memphis Shelby County Jail, deprived of his heart medications and likely because of other inexcusable abuses of power. The Neals were NEVER told the circumstances of Larry Neal's death, and we are censored and persecuted for asking.

If not for AP contacting Murdough's relatives, Murdough might have been "missing" forever and presumed dead. That was the likely plan. If only The Cochran Firm had not pretended (under contract) to handle Larry Neal's wrongful death and negligence civil actions, the Neals would have contacted media companies much sooner than WE DID to notify the public about Larry's secret murder. The Cochran Firm swore us to silence immediately regarding Larry's death, which we did not recognize at the time as being a coldblooded, premeditated murder. By the time we discovered The Cochran Firm had secretly withheld our lawsuits while Tennessee's statute of limitations ran, nearly a year had passed, and mainstream media had obviously agreed to withhold reports about the "wrongful death of Larry Neal" (Google it). That is still the case today. As odd as it seems, Murdough's mom and sister (pictured below) are lucky. They do not have to investigate and report Murdough's death themselves. Rikers Island is the nation’s second-largest jail system with 12,000 inmates. A whopping 40 percent are mentally ill, and a third of them suffer from serious mental problems.

Jerome Murdough was arrested after seeking shelter from harsh weather in New York in February. The meds he was administered for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia made the former Marine more susceptible to heat. One can only hope that Murdough was asleep as he slow-roasted in a solitary jail cell at Riker's.

Condolences to Murdough's family and close friends. Hundreds of thousands of people of all races and ages who were labeled as being mentally ill were roasted in Nazi ovens before WWII. Our apologies for taking so long to decriminalize mental illness in the USA and give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Our messages to the public and politicians are censored. Human rights advocates at AIMI hope that more care is applied in the future to ensure the safety of America's most vulnerable citizens and that victims and survivors are given due process instead of cover-ups when the system fails.

Citizen: One who by birth or naturalization owes a debt of loyalty to a country and is due protection BY that country (certain exemptions apply). Murdough showed his loyalty to the USA by enlisting in the military, but his protection as a homeless veteran was missing in action. Larry's family shows loyalty by enlisting in military service and paying taxes; however, we were told by federal court order that whatever was done to prevent lawsuit against Shelby County Jail was "immaterial." Certain exemptions apply no matter who is in the White House or over the Justice Department.

I knew the message was from stalkers, but I called the number. A Caucasian man answered the phone and said his phone was hacked and sending out Tango messages to a thousand people. He claimed that he just sent me a message to let us know. I told him I did not receive his message explaining that. He said, "Well, I must have sent it to somebody else."

Who believes that anyone would attempt to send an explanation to a thousand people about their phone being hacked? Stalkers know lots about programming computers, but they have no common sense. Neither do the people for whom they work.

Cochran Firm frauds, don't even THINK about "representing" Murdough's survivors in a wrongful death civil action. Whatever other attorney handles this case, good luck. Know that I will be watching you. Every day.
