The Cochran Firm frauds have a new website. I filled in some truths in brackets to clarify the lies in place:

The Cochran Firm was sued by black employees who retained The Cochran Firm to represent them against their employer in a race discrimination lawsuit. The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a small sum.

3. JULIAN BOLTON, ESQ vs. THE COCHRAN FIRM
Bolton, the former lead attorney in The Cochran Firm's Memphis office, alleged that The Cochran Firm cheated him of his righteous earnings when it went behind his back to merge with another law firm.

5. NEALS VS. THE COCHRAN FIRM (fraud, malpractice)

The Cochran Firm contracted with Hattie Neal, 80, to represent the survivors of Larry Neal, her mentally and physically disabled son. Larry was a heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The Cochran Firm did no substantive work regarding Larry's secret arrest and death during the Tennessee statute of limitations, although it sent the family lying updates. When the family sued The Cochran Firm for fraud and malpractice, the firm denied even having a Memphis office or a Georgia office. The Cochran Firm conspired with government officials to keep Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder covered-up.

6. EDWINA DAVIS MUST SURVIVE THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD
Edwina Davis was sexually exploited by a Cochran Firm lawyer who also worked against her interest in a civil action. He induced her to withdraw her lawsuit against her employer so that he could amend it. He never re-filed the lawsuit. Instead he settled with the company for a small sum.

7. COCHRAN FIRM PARTNER SUES PARTNER FOR BUYING SEX FROM STAFF
Randy McMurray, Esq., a former Cochran Firm partner, sued The Cochran Firm, alleging RICO Act Racketeering and fraud. The Cochran Firm sued McMurray for using Johnnie Cochran's name for his law practice, saying that ALL of Cochran Firm offices are one business entity. That directly conflicts what the devious lawyers represented during the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" cases in Georgia (2004, 2007), where lawyers denied that a Cochran Firm office existed (perjury, fraud, malpractice, racketeering).

8. THE JOHNNIE COCHRAN FIRM DEFRAUDS LATINO CLIENT AND SUES ITS INSURERS

A worker was killed because the seat on the truck he drove for his employer ejected him during an accident. He had reported the malfunctioning seat before, but nothing was done to correct the problem. His family sued for wrongful death through The Cochran Firm, which defrauded the dead worker's survivors presumably to help the trucking company. The man's sons then sued The Cochran Firm in Kentucky.

11. COREY WARD: POLICE AND COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD VICTIM
Ward, an Atlanta teenager, was killed by police for driving a vehicle they claimed they suspected was stolen. It was his mother's Tahoe. The shooter was indicted for Ward's murder but was never tried. This writer was told that The Cochran Firm, which contracted with Ward's family, never filed Ward's wrongful death lawsuit against police in civil court.

When Kathryn Johnston, 92, was killed by Atlanta police in 2006, her survivors contracted with The Cochran Firm to represent them in a wrongful death civil action. The Cochran Firm claimed it sued for $18m exactly one year later, but no original lawsuit was filed in GA Sup. Ct. or GA State Court, according to the courts' records. The Cochran Firm settled her wrongful death civil action for just $4.9 million in federal court (where it falsely claimed to have transferred the lawsuit from GA State Ct.) without taking the matter to trial, although two of the police officers were jailed for Johnston's murder. Why concede $13m to help police? The court case's docket is another fraud by multiple parties.

Catalano & Plache alleges that The Cochran Firm defrauded the Washington, DC law firm of its fees for a case that the law firm worked on alongside The Cochran Firm frauds. "The defendants engaged in a pattern of conduct to defraud and deceive plaintiff," Catalano argued in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

15. CHRISTOPHER TUCKER VS. OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE DEPT. AND THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUDS
When Christopher Tucker paid The Cochran Firm frauds over $12k to represent him regarding a resisting arrest charge during which police injured him, he alleges being sent an apparently drunk lawyer who had no legal right to practice law in the Oklahoma City court where Tucker's trial would be held. The seemingly intoxicated lawyer had been assigned by The Cochran Firm's National Director of Lawyers, a man who was himself disbarred in California. The lawyer The Cochran Firm sent to defend Tucker carried no briefcase and had no documents or evidence for Tucker's defense. Tucker lost his case and then sued The Cochran Firm frauds and police who he claims brutalized and Tasered him although he had committed no crime.

16. COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD AGAINST SURVIVORS OF JOHN CRAWFORD, III
Crawford was a 22-year-old black father who was ambushed and killed while talking on the phone at an Ohio Walmart. Crawford was leaning on a toy rifle he planned to purchase. The Cochran Firm demanded only $75,000 for Crawford's survivors, which says, "Black Lives Don't Matter."

17. COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD AGAINST CHAVIS CARTER'S SURVIVORS
Carter was a young black man who was arrested in Jonesboro, AR. Police claim that the youth committed suicide after being searched twice and locked in the back of a police car with his hands double handcuffed. Curiously, the dash cam stopped working just prior to Carter's shooting and resumed working right after. The Cochran Firm contracted with his family and never actually filed suit, as far as this writer knows. That is a specialty of the frauds' - stringing families along while the statute of limitations passes.

18. COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD AGAINST JEROME MURDOUGH'S SURVIVORS
Murdough was a Marine Corps veteran who had difficulty adjusting to civilian life after military service. The homeless man was arrested when he sought a place to stay on a Harlem rooftop. He was literally baked to death in Riker's Island Jail. The Cochran Firm cooked up a small settlement for his wrongful death.

19. REV. VANCE DEFRAUDED BY THE COCHRAN FIRM IN MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE
When Rev. Vance's doctor gave him a clean bill of health, it caused his cancer to go untreated for two years and advance to stage 3. He retained The Cochran Firm to sue for medical malpractice. Rev. Vance did not know The Cochran Firm would help his doctor get off the hook, leaving him 100 percent disabled and facing multiple surgeries. Rev. 20. WHISTLEBLOWERS IN LOUISIANA contracted with The Cochran Firm to file a lawsuit against a chemical company. The lead plaintiff, who had been a good swimmer and a fisherman since childhood, somehow drowned after notifying his attorney he was going fishing. The lawsuit did not proceed after his demise and other plaintiffs, who also worked for the chemical company, feared for their lives. The chemical company changed its name and is still operational. An African American youth was killed by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., The Cochran Firm lawyer, failed to appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. Judy Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. Former police officer Keith McGull had allegedly killed Parker for no reason in the "Michael Brown" Missouri case of 2002. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often stood up his clients. Once again, The Cochran Firm frauds used up their client's statute of limitations then pulled their CoIntelPro trick and "disappeared" - this time on the court date. The court reportedly gave Nashville a continuance, but The Cochran Firm frauds allegedly told their client they had no money remaining for that case.

Cochran Firm Fraud Appealed to 9th Circuit Court

SEX AND COURT - Lawyers should approach the women working in The Cochran Firm's Los Angeles office and offer to file sex discrimination lawsuits for them. According to former partner Randy McMurray, they must have office sex with Brian Dunn to work there. I do not know if Dunn has sexually assaulted any female clients. Lawyers like these bring shame on the legal profession. The fact that The Cochran Firm is allowed to present itself to the public as being ONE law firm then declare each office to be separate and unrelated when sued by defrauded clients is evidence that the media, consumer protection agencies, and the American judiciary believe black lives don't matter. We will see what the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals thinks about the matter when it decides on The Cochran Firm's appeal of USDC's decision. In May 2015, the United States District Court, Central District of California, decided that neither The Cochran Firm nor its district offices meet the criteria to be called "a law firm". That is exactly what The Cochran Firm Atlanta office said when my family sued for malpractice and fraud in "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" (1). That is also exactly what The Cochran Firm told Judy Nashville when Cochran Firm attorney Rodney Holmes, Esq. failed to show up for court the day her son's wrongful death by police case finally was to be heard in St. Louis in 2006.

These people make a mockery of Johnnie Cochran's name and legacy. It's shameful that The Cochran Firm only demanded $75k for the wrongful death of John Crawford, III. Compare that to the $5.9m that Eric Garner's family settled for after his wrongful death. They were represented by real lawyers. The Cochran Firm defrauds African Americans by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name to sexually and financially exploit black women and families. That is why that firm exists and why mainstream media companies, consumer protection agencies, and American courts allow The Cochran Firm to continue wrecking havoc and help the lawyers hide lawsuits that defrauded clients continually file. It has been sued repeatedly for fraud, malpractice, and racism without censure and exposure. All African Americans are being penalized for Cochran's defense of O.J. Simpson.

Don't let your women meet with a Cochran Firm lawyer alone. At least, please carry mace.

The Cochran Firm is allowed to advertise its legal services in states where there is no Cochran Firm office whatsoever and the lawyers are not registered to appear before any court in the state. (1) Whereas The Cochran Firm's regular defense when sued is to say that it is not a single law firm but separate law offices may be true in the case of "Judy Nashville vs. St. Louis," it was certainly NOT true in "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm". The Atlanta office, which disclaimed any association with the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, made that claim although Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk LLC (CCGSS) was actually registered with the Secretary of State's office ONLY in Tennessee using the address of The Memphis Cochran Firm. Therefore, Georgia Sup. Court and USDC, Nothern District of GA, were defrauded and their decisions are VOID.

"We are not affiliated with The Cochran Firm offices" is the usual defense when any office of The Cochran Firm gets sued, but that defense does not apply to "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm." The lawyers are outright liars who put perjury before courts to avoid accountability after defrauding African American families.

Black families deserve consumer protection, but they won't get it from any of the consumer protection entities pictured above. I reported The Cochran Firm fraud to all of them in 2006, when The Cochran Firm prevailed in Georgia Superior Court by saying that the Atlanta office, where the Neals' lawsuit was served, was NOT a Cochran Firm office. Media companies and consumer protection agencies had a duty to warn other legal consumers that such a lie had prevailed in court. Instead, the FCC, BBB, FTC, and media have watched one grieving black family after another rely on the frauds for due process of law and refused to act on complaints filed by defrauded clients. We hope the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ends the lie that there is a law firm called The Cochran Firm. No law firm can disclaim association with its individual offices when they get sued and thereby dodge liability after their many violations underthe Code of Ethics & Standards of Professional Conduct.

Carter was a young black man who was arrested in Jonesboro, AR. An African American youth was apparently by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., a The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. J. Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. CoIntelPro Lawyers and The Secret War on Black Americans and Victims' Families

Kendrick Johnson, one of many covered-up murders

The family of Kendrick Johnson was jailed in April 2013 for demanding a just investigation of Kendrick's murder in his high school. Kendrick's parents are presently being prosecuted for engaging in civil disobedience to expose and oppose Kendrick's murder and their denial of justice. Black families like MINE are expected to quietly accept the lynchings of our vulnerable loved ones like high school boys who are killed for their ORGANS and Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man who was murdered while secretly arrested in Memphis, TN. Larry was held for 18 days under secret incarceration before his murder, and the cover-up has continued for eleven years. I've been stalked, censored, threatened, and some of my family members have also been arrested. But we must not quit. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! The wrongful death of Larry Neal is shrouded by such a large conspiracy among black and white dignitaries that you might not know about it. Sons of an FBI agent were identified as possible suspects in Johnson's murder, just as a son of an FBI agent was suspected by the father of Jason Smith, a 14-year-old black boy who allegedly drowned in Louisiana. Jason’s body was also missing ORGANS when it was returned to his dad. "Jason would not go swimming," his father claimed. "Jason could not swim and was afraid of water." Jason Smith's death, which his father swears was a murder, was very similar to Kendrick Johnson's death. You can read about Johnson's death at Wikipedia, which reports the $100 million lawsuit filed by his family to recover damages related to their denial of due process of law. The FBI agent’s family filed suit against Ebony Magazine, claiming their sons' identities were revealed in articles published by that media. But daring black media companies and black families to speak and write about wrongful deaths in the 21st century is less effective than burning crosses that used to be placed in families' yards after lynchings in the 1940's. FBI agents, like those whose sons were implicated in Jason Smith's and Johnson's deaths, work for The Justice Department (USDOJ). The Justice Department is also the government agency that was in direct overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail, where Larry Neal was murdered, after a lawsuit by the USA against the jail. The USDOJ is complicit in Larry Neal's murder cover-up, which is ongoing. Like Johnson's family, the Neal family is DENIED any due process of law. For eleven years, we have asked for information and records that would reveal how and why Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and killed in custody, but we are swatted away like flies at a summer picnic. Instead of investigating this murder of a disabled citizen, my family was placed under surveillance. Our phones are tapped, and our computers are under the control of cyberstalkers. My U.S. Mail and emails experience tampering and interruption, and I am sometimes physically followed when I leave home. I was once followed for six miles by four vehicles led by a U.S. Government vehicle and waylaid at a neighborhood Chevron station for over an hour. I called 911 emergency police, but no DeKalb County, Georgia police officers responded to my distress call.

Memphis, Tennessee, where Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest, is also where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968. Dr. King and Malcolm X, among others, showed signs of being a "black Messiah.” Johnnie Cochran did, aslo. As such, Cochran may have come under the radar of CoIntelPro, a secret FBI program. Over 85 percent of CoIntelPro's budget went to suppressing African Americans' movement for equality under the law. Cochran's nephew and his brother were assassinated by yet unknown killers, as was Tupac, the godson of a man Cochran helped exonerate after a CoIntelPro setup cost him 28 years of wrongful incarceration - ji-Jaga (Geronimo Pratt). Cochran mysteriously died in 2005 shortly after partnering with Southern lawyers and announcing his intention to sue the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves as laborers - a lawsuit for reparations. It now appears that "they" have Cochran's law firm. African American families are often targeted for police terrorism when they dare to complain about 21st century lynchings in the United States of America. Look online for stories about how Tamir Rice's mother and sister were treated immediately after the 12-year-old child was fatally shot by Officer Tim Loehmann in Cleveland, Ohio. Rice's sister's arrest is reported at link 8 of 9 below. See also news stories and videos revealing how the fiancee of John Crawford, III was interrogated by police after Crawford was ambushed and fatally shot by police officers as he peacefully shopped in a Walmart. Now Tasha Thomas is dead, too. That may be because Tasha had her own attorney and could not be subjected to The Cochran Firm fraud. The Cochran Firm filed a lawsuit for John Crawford’s survivors demanding only $75k for the young father’s brutal murder, although his shooting was caught on tape. The corrupt lawyers called it a "negligence" case.

The Huffington Post reported, "Tasha Thomas, 26, who had accompanied John Crawford to the Beavercreek store where he was killed by police in August, was pronounced dead at the scene of an early morning crash on New Year's Day in Dayton, the Montgomery County coroner's office said. Another person in the car, Frederick Bailey, 30, also died." Apparently, the car Bailey drove suddenly launched to a speed of over 100 mph (reminiscent of Michael Hastings' fiery death). How did Kendrick Johnson die? It was initially said that he smothered when he accidentally fell and rolled in an exercise mat in his high school gym. How incredible! And then, did his organs simply walk away from his body. Stunning! 

Shutting off the air supply for black men is a traditional lynching method, particularly hangings. However, Kendrick did not die that way, and neither did Gregory Johnson, Jr. Both young men actually died of head trauma. Gregory Johnson, Jr. was killed in November 2008, as a student at San Jose State University (SJSU). His murder is also covered-up, having been declared a suicide by hanging. The problem is that Gregory was several inches taller than the pipe where he allegedly hanged himself in the basement of Sigma Chi Fraternity House, where he was the only African American in residence. Gregory's neck had no ligature marks that would have been in evidence if he had really hanged, and his eyes did not bulge. He did have a six-inch gash in the back of his head with his brain oozing out. Gregory's death received no satisfactory investigation, probably because wealthy Caucasian youths are expected to "sow their wild oats." Deaths and terrorism of students who are black men at SJSU seem to be rites of passage that happen periodically at SJSU, where blacks comprise less than 5 percent of the student body. The latest SJSU "suicide" victim was Brandon Tiggs. His parents sued the university.

Death by drowning, which reportedly happened to Jason Smith (and Rodney King), also results from lack of oxygen. The most famous recent death that occurred by shutting off a black man's air supply is Eric Garner's. Garner was choked to death by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo. People protested Garner's murder throughout the world and sang this song:

I still hear my brother crying -- "I can't breathe"

Garner was one of over 1,000 people killed in America by police in 2014. Deaths that occur in public like Michael Brown's and Eric Garner's are harder to hide than deaths in custody, such as the wrongful death of Larry Neal and Darren Rainey. Rainey was a mentally ill black man like Larry was. He was dragged into a shower in Dade County Correctional Institution and killed under scalding hot water (the event was captured on tape and reported by numerous witnesses). Rainey's skin separated from his muscles as his screams for mercy were ignored for over 45 minutes. More information on Rainey's murder is at the ninth link below. Kendrick Johnson's parents, Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson, presently face charges of civil disobedience for blocking the entrance to Lowndes County Courthouse, as you see in the video embedded above. According to an 11Alive report, "Kendrick Johnson, 17, was found dead Jan. 11, 2013 in the Lowndes High School gym. His parents have since filed a $100 million lawsuit against 38 people, including the Valdosta police chief, the director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and three of Kendrick's classmates ... The pathologist found evidence of blunt force trauma to the teen's neck and said the death was a homicide." (Blunt force trauma is also what Gregory Johnson, Jr.'s body showed; no hanging happened.) Notice that the 11Alive news report still referred to Johnson's murder as being a "gym mat death" despite the pathologist's ruling, which indicates that Johnson was dead before being rolled in the mat. His organs had to be stolen prior to that event, also, if his organs were used for transplanting.

One might hope that Johnson's parents fare better in American courts than Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and Larry Neal did. Black families cannot usually get justice in Confederate courts of law. Judge Timothy Batten actually ruled that the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was "immaterial" and dismissed our pro se lawsuit (we could not find a Georgia attorney to represent us against the CoIntelPro lawyers). My mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for fraud and malpractice for derailing our planned civil action against Memphis Shelby County Jail while under contract as Larry Neal's wrongful death attorneys. The treacherous lawyers held our civil action secretly inactive while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed, while writing to us about a vigorous discovery process that was never actually happening. Our first lawsuit against The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court was dismissed by Judge Wendy Shoob. She declared falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (see the Order at the "Documents" tab in "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com" website at link number 2 below). Many courts, law firms, and media companies collude against black families who seek justice after lynchings, and cyberstalkers are employed to prevent exposure about injustices online.

Florida was credited with 346 deaths of inmates in 2014 alone. How many deaths in custody happened nationwide? We have no way to tell because the propensity for cover-ups increases in controlled settings like jails and prisons. If all 50 states have the same rate of deaths in custody that Florida has, the number of dead inmates for 2014 alone would be 17,300. That death toll for U.S. inmates would be considerably more than all the U.S. soldiers who were killed during the entire Afghanistan conflict, which total 1,742. If something is not done to stop inmates' murders, more Americans will be first kidnapped by police before being killed, like Larry Neal was. Deaths in custody make cover-ups easier to arrange. EXPOSE AND OPPOSE RACISM! Below is a list of victims and their family members or friends whose denial of justice is examined in this article:

~Kendrick Johnson, 17, was killed and found with his organs stolen in Lowndes Co., GA - His parents are being prosecuted for complaining. ~Larry Neal, 54, kidnapped and secretly murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail - Mary Neal endures censorship, terrorism, and stalking since suing The Cochran Firm. ~Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated - His mother was assassinated, and his brother died under suspicious circumstances. ~Malcolm X was assassinated - His first male descendant, Malcolm Shabazz, complained about stalkers and FBI harassment; he was killed in 2013 in Mexico. ~Johnnie Cochran - His brother and 16-yr. old nephew were killed by unknown assassins in separate incidents. ~Jason Smith, 14, died in LA, and his organs were stolen - Father claimed being run out of Eros by the KKK. ~Gregory Johnson, Jr. was killed by blunt force trauma (his death was ruled suicide by hanging) - His mother claims being censored. ~ji-Jaga Pratt was wrongfully arrested 27 yrs on a CoIntelPro setup - His godson, Tupac, was killed by an unknown assassin. ~John Crawford, III was shot by Ohio police in Walmart - Tasha Thomas, his girlfriend, died in a suspicious accident 1/1/15. ~Tamir Rice, 12, was shot dead by Officer Tim Loehmann in OH - Tamir's sister was arrested at the scene, delaying first aid to Tamir. ~Eric Garner's NYPD choke hold death - Ramsey Orta filmed it and is being prosecuted. ~Darren Rainey, 50, was killed by scalding in a FL prison - George Mallinckrodt was fired for complaining about his patients' abuse.

This Black History Month, discuss the urgent need to stop police terrorism, prisoner torture and murders against black and brown people in the USA in order to "form a more perfect union."

Kendrick's parents are presently being prosecuted for engaging in civil disobedience to expose and oppose Kendrick's murder and their denial of justice. A huge cover-up continues. Black families like MINE are expected to quietly accept the lynchings of our vulnerable loved ones like high school boys who are killed for their ORGANS and Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man who was murdered while secretly arrested in Memphis, TN. Larry was held for 18 days under secret incarceration before his murder, and the cover-up has continued for eleven years. I've been stalked, censored, threatened, and some of my family members have also been arrested. But we must not quit. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! False Advertising of The Cochran Firm Frauds

The Cochran Firm commercials on Bounce TV advertise the firm's Atlanta office by address: 127 Peachtree Street. Black people and companies must not help white supremacists defraud their people. Read how many times the frauds committed perjury by DENYING its Atlanta office existed in this pleading to GA Sup. Ct. The Neals sued the animals when The Cochran Firm helped Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically handicapped black man. Showing African Americans those commercials is going to EMBARRASS BounceTV soon. They should dump them like MARTA did or prepare to explain either false advertising or for entering a conspiracy to defraud African American legal consumers in a RICO Act action.

No law firm should be allowed to deny its identity in court and have that denial sustained by a court of law, but continue to hold out services to African Americans using that same identity. A conspiracy by corrupt officers of the court allowed The Cochran Firm office in Atlanta to deny any affiliation with (i) The Cochran Firm headquarters in Dothan, Alabama (Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, PC) and with (ii) its sister office, The Cochran Firm in Memphis (where the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm (CCGSS) was actually registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State). 

That fraud against the court was intended to avoid accountability for defrauding Larry Neal's family, including his 80-year-old mother, Hattie Neal. When the Neals called The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office immediately after being notified that Larry Neal had expired in Memphis Shelby County Jail, where he had been secretly incarcerated for 18 days, The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office arranged for us to sign contract after Larry Neal's funeral and burial in its Memphis office. We were told our point of contact with The Cochran Firm would remain the Atlanta office for the convenience of elderly Hattie Neal, who would be unable to travel to Memphis for depositions and other interactions with lawyers. We were told that both offices of The Cochran Firm would work together to get justice for Larry Neal's wrongful death. 

The Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm obviously knew that the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm had a managing partner who was the former chairman of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners. In fact, Julian Bolton, Esq. remained on the Shelby County Commission years after The Cochran Firm contracted to be our wrongful death attorneys. That deliberate conflict of interest was not revealed to the Neal family, because the entire exercise was fraud: The Cochran Firm never planned to bring lawsuits for Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder and the negligence lawsuits against the State of Tennessee and Larry's final care home, and The Cochran Firm actually held the wrongful death file secretly inactive while the Tennessee statue of limitations ran. 

Defrauding black legal consumers is a habit with The Cochran Firm, which regularly works with its clients' defendants to keep their payouts low or nonexistent and has been sued repeatedly for racism and fraud. In one noteworthy case, The Cochran Firm defrauded a class of African American workers in California who contracted with the firm to represent them in a racial discrimination lawsuit against their employer. The Cochran Firm had its clients agree to sign a Confidentiality Agreement for mediation to settle the case out of court. However, The Cochran Firm actually did not plan mediation. The underhanded lawyers took the signature page from the Confidentiality Agreement that their clients had signed and attached it to a Settlement Agreement that the clients did not know about. Without their clients' knowledge and permission, The Cochran Firm settled the discrimination lawsuit for an amount that was significantly lower than the clients would have agreed to had they been given the chance to refuse. 

That was obvious fraud, but African Americans are ordinarily refused justice in racist American courts. The black clients' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was dismissed by California State Court and by the California Supreme Court. Some courts apparently work together with The Cochran Firm to assist its CoIntelPro mandate to keep wealth out of black people's hands, just as media companies help the racist frauds maintain a spotless image before the public by refusing to publish the many lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by previous clients, attorneys, and partners who sued for fraud and racism over the years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. He happened to die shortly after announcing his intention to sue the USA and major American corporations for reparations and Jim Crow discrimination against African Americans. White supremacists and black Confederates who had bought ownership in The Cochran Firm took over the operation of the firm.

African American families who have lost members to police violence like the Neals and people who have been victimized by racial discrimination on their jobs like the California class do not deserve to be further victimized by CoIntelPro lawyers who secretly work with the clients' defendants behind their backs. The fact that such violations are accomplished by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and legacy is especially offensive. Legal victories by lawyers like Johnnie Cochran, Lynn Stewart, and Alton Maddox were largely responsible for an end to riots after wrongful deaths by police in America. However, Cochran is dead and neither Stewart nor Maddox are allowed to practice law. Cochran's civil rights attorneys were fired or forced out of the firm immediately after his death, and conniving scoundrels like Hezekiah Sistrunk, Julian Bolton, David McLaughlin, and Brian Dunn defraud African Americans on certain cases to protect major corporations and murderous police. 

If media companies like BounceTV refuse to warn African American legal consumers about The Cochran Firm fraud, they should at least not join the conspiracy to deny justice by advertising The Cochran Firm's deliberately substandard services. African Americans who discover they have been victimized by legal malpractice like the Neals did might also name BounceTV as a co-conspirator in a Rico Act action for directing them to a law office that denied it was The Cochran Firm in courts of law and was already issued a WRIT OF NONEXISTENCE by Georgia courts. Therefore, I advise BounceTV to stop helping to defraud Georgia legal consumers. None of this conspiracy against African Americans will be kept secret. We have God's Word on that.
