Cochran Firm Frauds Seek Whistleblowers

The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm is looking for whistleblowers. The frauds likely want to know what you know and about whom so they can tell you-know-who. Beware, especially if you are a whistleblower against a government entity. In my experience, The Cochran Firm is a backstabber. In some cases, The Cochran Firm defrauds its own clients to protect large corporations and government entities and is protected by the government in return. The co-dependency between government entities and the crooked law firm is evident in some of the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm frauds that are listed below. Naturally, The Cochran Firm does not defraud every client, or it would self-destruct. But no clients know when the frauds have made deals with their defendants until after the deed is done. Whistleblowers must be especially careful, because some of the information whistleblowers could potentially divulge might cost abusers millions or even hundreds of millions of dollars. People kill for much less.

One example of a whistleblower case could regard illegal waste-dumping. When The Cochran Firm frauds represented the Ramapough People, an African-Native American tribe in New Jersey, against Ford Motor Corporation, the case was worth between two and three billion dollars. The Cochran Firm defrauded its clients, the Native Americans, and settled the lawsuit for only twelve and one-half million dollars. The Cochran Firm brought no lawsuit whatsoever against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which should have enforced its order against Ford when Ford failed to clean the indigenous people's land. Ford had dumped paint sludge on the Indian's land for decades and caused many injuries and avoidable deaths among the indigenous people. The Cochran Firm settled the Ramapough People's lawsuit for a sum that some plaintiffs have received for just ONE wrongful death. The Cochran Firm was sued by black employees who contracted with The Cochran Firm to represent them against their employer in a race discrimination lawsuit. The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a miniscule sum.
