The Cochran Firm fraud and malpractice case by declaring there was no office of The Cochran Firm in Georgia, and the courts agreed and dismissed the Neals' case based on that lie.)

David McLaughlin did not ask to have sex with Larry Neal's mother. Without sexual intercourse with the attorneys, the Neal family was completely defrauded, and The Cochran Firm withheld doing any legal work on the negligence and wrongful death cases whatsoever, then successfully claimed nonexistence in Georgia as its defense to the Neals' lawsuit. The Cochran Firm in his lawsuit against the frauds in California. A woman who we assume was sent by the criminals arrived at Hattie Neal's home within days of her becoming a home health company's client. The only way culprits could know my mother used a home health care company was by tapping our phone calls and/or our computer, such as NSA does (a continuing problem). The woman claimed to be a nurse sent by the health company to examine and treat Hattie Neal. I showed her to my mother's room and returned less than ten minutes later. I found the "nurse" standing over Hattie Neal's bed with her diaper pulled down and her buttocks exposed and protruding toward the "nurse."
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"I was sent to examine the bandage on her buttocks," the "nurse" replied.
"My mother has no bandage on her buttocks," I said.
"I see, I see," the "nurse" said in her thick Caribbean accent. "She has nice buttocks."
The woman immediately left. I asked my mother what had happened when I left them alone together. She replied that the woman had taken her temperature and blood pressure before asking her to expose her naked buttocks. When I called the home health company and the doctor, both parties denied having sent a nurse. Police at first refused to investigate the crime. I wrote to Congressman Hank Johnson and Senator Saxby Chambliss about the imposter. Police called, but did no investigation. After I published another article about the lack of police responsiveness months later, men who said they were detectives from DeKalb County Police Department arrived to take the report, but I was told no crime had been done. LOS ANGELES (Court House News Service ) Mar. 7, 2012 - A partner at The Cochran Law Firm claims in Superior Court that an attorney tried to wrest control of the name of the firm's famed founder, Johnny Cochran, and dissipated the firm's assets by, among other things, paying an employee for sexual services. Randy McMurray, of the firm's Los Angeles office, claims that his partner Brian Dunn plotted to oust him by bringing in another lawyer from the firm's Las Vegas office. Dunn also breached the firm's partnership agreement by, among other things, seizing control of the partnership's records, client files and email system, according to the 36-page complaint. Elsewhere in the complaint, McMurray says Dunn and other defendants have "engaged in erratic, unprofessional and petty behavior," paying an employee a salary plus overtime for sexual services, and hiring a private investigator who allegedly spent her time having sex with Dunn.
